I just got a very kind answer from him, in which he says this preliminary speech is outdated and we should refer to his book instead:

In any case, I still find it a great speech, and I agree with basically everything written here. I love it! It's very elucidating and it brings some awesome points.
Take a seat, this is a very long humongous read (for internet standards, at least). I hope you can give it proper attention.
